Ever since I was a boy, hands-on skills come naturally to me and so do engineering.
But as I grew older, throughout my educations, careers and especially my personal businesses, I got a taste in marketing and business development side as it is very result-oriented and I love it!
There is always something to learn in each obstacle I face and with the world technologies and digital media’s rapid pace, there’s always something new! I enjoy collaborating with others (either in person or virtually) to gain different perspectives to refine strategies.
Solving problem and data analysis is my virtue. Throughout my career, I have been driven by my intellectual curiosity to find answers to the most pressing questions.
Whether it’s finding a perfect banner for marketing or Designing a perfect programming sequence for a CDM, I’ve been able to quickly uncover a customer’s pain point and identify a strategic solution.
With my refined skill set, I bring customer-centric mindfulness that enables firms to innovate and thrive. This is what I’ve done when I was a lecturer, local business founder, system engineer. Current: Head of Customer Success with one of Malaysia’s most successful Fleet Management System start-up.
Usually, when I’m not working, I love to cook, travel whenever I can, and challenge myself physically & mentally with wall climbing, bouldering, hiking, weight lifting and my favourite is swimming because it’s like flying but in water. I believe in work-life balance in order to be more productive, motivated and have shaper mind.
