Responsible for lead qualification from all sources (client generated, marketing campaigns, services group, etc).
– Provide prompt and accurate lead assignment to the appropriate sales channel and sales personnel, based on business rules.
– Responsible for ANZ lead conversion rate across all channels, whilst continuously looking for ways to improve results.
– Provide timely, accurate and relevant reporting for sales channels and marketing on lead management.
– Carry-out outbound campaigns and appointment generation with the ability to influence behaviour and action across different groups
