My skills set are derived from over a decade worth of experience working in the customer service industry performing the above mentioned scope of work. I have handled different projects from credit card companies, to e-commerce websites and have worked for top-tier companies such as Washington Mutual, JP Morgan Chase, AMEX, AT&T U-VERSE, Windstream Communications and a handful of E-commerce companies.
My work experiences include customer support through inbound/outbound calls, live chat assistance, e-mail/ticket response handling.
