Since 2009 I’ve served as an individual contributor, sales manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, and AVP Sales & Marketing in the B2B SaaS space. During this time I've successfully started and scaled a team of Sales Development Reps (SDRs) that contributed to the sales pipeline and produced over a dozen account executives, account managers, and company leaders within 18 months.
I've also recruited sales professionals on both sides of the customer relationship and led sales teams to achieve 34% YoY revenue growth multiple years in a row, a 20% increase compared to prior years. Most recently, I created the sales division for a SaaS startup and grew its MRR by 542% in the first year.
