Job Description is pioneering human-in-the-loop digital avatars that psychosocially support and improve behavioral health among the highest-need, highest-risk patients (typically elderly) both in the hospital and at home. Duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify, contact, and qualify the most important customer leads and their decision makers in our market

  • Provide the initial response with appropriate information to all inbound inquiries and be able to answer questions about with confidence

  • Source growth opportunities and research prospects, as necessary, to support new business sales and account upgrade efforts

  • Complete initial demos and webinars and route vetted opportunities in a timely manner to Account Executives

  • Engage multiple customers concurrently

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities

  • Refine sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques

  • Follow up in a timely manner in response to inbound inquiries through email and phone


  • Sales prospecting experience with a passion to be successful in hunting down new leads

  • Ability to identify qualified leads and being comfortable in communicating and qualifying prospects over the phone

  • Ability to understand customer and partner issues and challenges and matching those to our solution

  • Proven ability to design and execute smart prospecting campaigns targeting prospective customers and partners

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills to engage with target audience

  • Highly motivated, resilient, driven and self-starting individual

  • Excellent time management/organizational skills

  • Experience working with CRM products

Required Qualifications:

$55 – $65k


Location: Boston - work from home with the occasional co-working, as permitted

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

  • 2+ years of sales experience

  • 1+ years working in a healthcare or senior care environment

  • Excellent written + oral communication skills

  • Excellent critical thinking skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful attitude

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Planner, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

  • Must pass criminal background check

Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
