Workana is a marketplace where companies hire tech and creative freelancers. We launched in 2012 in Latin America and expanded into Southeast Asia in early 2019.
I'm looking for someone to work with our premium clients, who pay a monthly subscription to get assistance with:
scoping/describing the projects they have about web design, video editing, customer service, digital marketing and more
finding the right freelancer to work on such projects You will have the opportunity to work with various companies across the region, helping them make successful hirings in the Workana platform and to transform their view on freelance and remote work.
Understand how freelance and remote work are changing the way companies hire talent, and be able to communicate it effectively to potential clients.
Proactively manage client relationships, and ensure high platform usage with an incredible experience
Become a trusted advisor to the key people in the client’s organization
Understand each client’s unique needs, and to develop creative solutions based on Workana’s freelance and remote talent.
Effectively communicate monthly progress on ongoing initiatives with our internal team - Identify growth opportunities within clients and to work alongside our Sales Team to pursue them
Create forecasts and key metrics dashboards on clients in your portfolio
Be able to consistently deliver results
Help design our Customer Success strategies as we scale our operation While the plan is to start with a part-time model, this can easily grow into a full-time position. Requirements
Great English skills. Additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese or Malay are also valued
Perfect verbal and written etiquette
At least three years of experience in Sales roles
Knowledge about digital projects and tools is greatly valued
Experience working for a growing startup is greatly valued
