We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to 1) manage ongoing relationships with Nugg Club brand partners 2) act as a point of contact for all brand partners to resolve any conflicts and streamline communication 3) onboard brands into Nugg Club’s subscription box program - Nugg’s new direct-to-consumer product 4) manage and coordinate inventory for brand partner’s menu items 5) manage post-box data and deliverables to brand partners.
WHAT YOU’LL BE CHARGED WITH:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Account Manager to help us take Nugg Club to the next level. This position will include a high volume of phone conversations, SMS & email touches, and follow-ups. Ultimately, Nugg is looking for an individual who can grow the business by building successful, long term partner relationships.
HOURS, TRAVEL & LOCATION:
This is a full-time (40 hr/week) position that calls for an LA-based Rep. With that said, Nugg is a half-remote, half-LA team but the sales team is located in the LA Area (our office is in Venice Beach). You’ll be able to work remotely from home up to four days a week. Minimal travel may be required.
COMPENSATION: $60,000 to 80,000 (salary + commission) - 0.0% equity
--Onboarding, managing, and communicating with all Nugg Club brand partners
--Resolve conflict and provide partner resolution in a timely manner
--Sales conduit between Nugg Club’s operations team and brand partners
--Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities of growth
--Working directly with Nugg’s Lead Sales Manager, the COO, and the rest of the Nugg Sales Team to venture into new markets across the U.S. and world
--Creating the framework for future Nugg Club Account Managers
--Solving problems that arise in all facets of the company, including development, customer success, marketing, and operations

--Excellent written and verbal communication skills

--1-3 years of sales experience with account management and high number of deals/clients closed
--Self-starter, highly motivated to succeed under minimal supervision
