Description

We are looking for Account Executives to close sales to help us scale revenue and market share. We provide warm leads scheduled straight to your calendar each day (no cold calling!) so, each person you speak with will WANT to be on the call and will be expecting you to be calling them.

Account executives close multiple large deals per week. We have a proven playbook and sales leaders with years of experience that you will learn from. As an early sales hire, you’ll be joining a growing and well-funded team coming from places like Google, UCLA, and University of Michigan. You’ll have the opportunity to help define our sales process, participate in strategic decisions and help develop the sales culture. As we grow, you'll get to take on greater responsibilities, such as leading a sales team. Our culture of employee development will help you become a master of your craft. Responsibilities
-No Cold Calls - Get 6-8 warm leads scheduled to your calendar each day in which you have to close
-Develop a deep understanding of the SN products, the Stock Market, and our customers’ needs
-Partner closely with Product and Marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize revenue
-Improve and optimize our sales process


Qualifications
-1-5+ years of sales experience
-Proven track record closing sales/deals
-World-class interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effortlessly make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple.
-A strong history of quota attainment and excellent performance on a high-reaching team
-Self-sufficient with a strong internal sense of urgency, hard-working, and humble.
-Flexible, coachable, and willing and able to make adjustments on the fly. Comfortable with delivering and receiving feedback.
-You must be a naturally likeable person and true to yourself.

This position is for a person who enjoys routine. You will be doing the same thing every day - making sales calls to warm leads. However, every call will be different, so you must enjoy the challenge of adapting our playbook to each circumstance. If you can't focus on the details and learn from each call, this position is not for you.

We prefer someone who will be working in the San Francisco/San Jose/Los Angeles area - however, for the right candidate, we are open to remote.

You do not have to know Finance for this role!
